When you get sick or tired, you will realize that a healthy body is more important than anything. Not only does your body need to be healthy, but so does your mind. Therefore, mental health is just as important as physical health.

Building healthy habits is not easy; we all know that. However, if you start right now and repeat it every day, I believe that you will be successful. Let’s start a healthy habit by going through this list. 

For Healthy Mind

  1. Begin your day with a prayer of thanksgiving. If you are Muslim, of course you need to do the Subuh prayer.
  2. Then, adopt a positive attitude and set a goal to complete something meaningful.
  3. Take time each day to relax and unwind.
  4. Make time for hobbies and interests that bring joy and fulfillment.
  5. Practice mindful meditation and deep breathing.
  6. Spend time with positive, supportive people who encourage you to be your best.
  7. Make sure to take time for yourself and do something you enjoy each day.

For Healthy Body

  1. Eat and drink a healthy diet with plenty of water, fruits, and vegetables.
  2. Exercise regularly, even if it’s just a short walk or stretching.

  4. Avoid unhealthy habits such as smoking and drinking.
