While Indowhiz takes all necessary precautions to safeguard all submitted documents, it shall not be held liable for the loss of documents due to power failure, hardware/software failure, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen matters and factors beyond our control. You will be responsible for creating backup and archival copies of your documents. In no event will Indowhiz be responsible to you or any other person for any loss, corruption, or alteration of documents.
Indowhiz is only responsible as per our service definitions. All views and thoughts expressed in the manuscripts are solely of the writer and members using the service.
Advance Payment
We request an advance payment of the entire fee of the service for all session bookings, excluding the mentoring service. The mentoring service fee should be paid in several installments based on the achieved milestones.
If for any reason you are unable to make the payment in advance please contact us in writing mentioning such reasons specifically. We consider genuine reasons and can try making alternative arrangements.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
We follow a simple policy regarding the refund and cancellation of the service. The refund & cancellation policies are explained below:
Refund Policy
- We provide a 100% refund in case you are not satisfied with the service for a valid reason.
- We request you contact us within 30 days of availing the service in order to process the refund.
- No request for a refund will be accepted post 30 days of availing the service.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation will only be allowed if there is a valid reason. No refund in case of cancellation.
- Cancellation must be made by contacting us using our Contact Form.
- Re-scheduling a session is not encouraged but only permitted in case for a valid reason.
Your Intellectual Property Rights
Indowhiz and its employees make no claims on any work submitted to us for consultation or mentoring sessions. Any documents submitted will remain your intellectual property. Consultants have signed a confidentiality agreement to waive their claim to any intellectual property submitted through our service. You represent that you have obtained all necessary third-party rights, including (without limitation) copyrights, for any documents or portions thereof that belong to third parties. It is your responsibility to determine if it is necessary for you to obtain, and for obtaining, any licenses required to use third-party content that is part of the documents. You agree not to use the services for or provide documents with any infringing, illegal, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material, including (without limitation) any materials that could give rise to any liability to Indowhiz or that might adversely affect Indowhiz’s public image, reputation, or goodwill.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to Indowhiz’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Indowhiz may take such action as Indowhiz deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Variation
Indowhiz may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Severability
